Chapel Down English Rose

Chapel Down is dominating on British wine landscape and apart from their gorgeous sparkling wines and whites, here comes unique British Rose. It would not blow your mind by its complexity or unique flavours or aromas, but it is a very easygoing wine and easy to match with food either! This one has a very refreshing lingering finish. Try this British Rose to make up your mind!

FOOD MATCH

Try for asian inspired dishes, also good with summer tapas or greek meze. It is a very easygoing wine and you would be able to match it to light spanish tapas (doesn't matter fish or meat) and greek starters or mains. Please laos try it as accompaniment for Italian salads, pizzas and lighter grills.

I wanted to try this one and based on this site's review bought a few greek starters at Waitrose. I was very pleasantly surprised how versatile this wine was- it matched to taramasalata, aubergine dip and to salami pizza! Great uncomplicated choice!
